Helios Scholars at TGen 2017 app for iPhone and iPad

Helios Scholars at TGen is taking place June 5 through July 28, 2017.

Helios Scholar interns work full-time on a research project under the mentorship of a scientist to unravel the genetic components of neurological disease, cancer, infectious disease, and diabetes. As a part of the comprehensive program, Helios Scholars also attend educational seminars to boost their professional skills, learn about bioscience career options, practice scientific writing, present their research, attend social networking events, and create a scientific poster.

The official mobile app for accepted Helios Scholars contains the following functions:
News feed and social media
Ability to chat with other Helios Scholars and TGen staff
Detailed information about the seminars, workshops, and events
Schedule with the ability to create personal notes and notifications
Resources for projects, seminars, and downtime
